Faith
Faith was taken in off the streets in San Antonio, and is currently living with her amazing foster in that area. When Faith was found, she was VERY skinny and had mange. She has come a long way in such a short period of time. She is finally coming out of her shell! She loves playing with the other dogs, sitting outside, and giving hugs. Her fur is starting to grow back in thanks to a spray that was donated for her care. Faith is still a bit timid with new people but warms up quickly. She always listens and never gets into anything! This sweet girl is the perfect dog and we would love for her to be adopted into her FUREVER home as soon as possible.
Hope
She roamed the streets of San Antonio, pregnant, alone and scared. Momma was first spotted May 9th. Her pups were born around June 1st, she had three precious black pups were fairly easy to catch. Momma on the other hand was more difficult to bring into safety. Once found and contained we had a volunteer picked her up to take to a boarding facility until we can find a foster for her. (Pups are too far North by now and foster home is full.) This momma is in need of a foster in the SA/DALLAS/HOUSTON area as we do not want to keep her in a boarding facility long. She is also ready for adoption if someone is ready to give this girl her furever home!
Ruby, Rudy & Baby Ruth
Introducing Ruby, Rudy and Baby Ruth! These 3 month old black lab mixed pups will be ready for adoption soon! They were pulled off the streets in San Antonio, and are the sweetest little things. Two females and one male. This trio came from Momma Hope who is posted above! They are living in Clifton Texas with their foster mom. Stay tuned for more info
Rosie
Meet Rosie! This sweet girl was rescued from Harris County, after her family surrendered her to the shelter. This German Shepard mix is currently living with her amazing foster mom in the Houston area right now. She is being treated for Heartworms and a skin condition, but will recover! More info to come soon!
Hailey-ADOPTED
Meet Hailey the Staffordshire Terrier Boxer mix! Hailey came to us and needed a lot of attention and training before she could go up for adoption… LADIES AND GENTLEMEN she is ready for a foster home, or adoption! She is 2 years old, spayed and a very healthy girl. This pup is super friendly and loves everyone including other dogs. She chases cats, but is working with her trainer to learn not to. Hailey is very energetic loves to run and play. Hailey is still working with her trainer, who is very willing to go over her routine and help keep up with her (if foster/adopter is in the Houston area! That is FREE training folks!).

Layla
This is Layla the Black Mouth Cur! Layla is a 1 yr old pup that desperately needs a home. She is currently living in a boarding facility in Wimberly Texas! She likes to be the only child, so she would do best in a home with no other pets or children. She needs an owner who will take time to properly socialize her. She’s incredibly intelligent and absolutely loves positive reinforcement training. She weighs about 55lbs, is up to date on shots, and is potty trained. She does not do well in a crate and does best in a secure, fenced yard when left alone. Layla is loyal and protective of her humans and would make a great companion!
Chaz
Meet Mr. Chaz! Chaz is an Awesome Dog! Some Puppy but no chewing, and very loyal and Intelligent. Good with other dogs and cats. Loose in great area of house during day, with other dogs, and he just relaxes. Chaz has been out to feed goats 3 times at his foster home, with his foster dad, he’s non Aggressive and loves it. Stays right with him at his knee. Crate trained, house trained, and a little possessive of his food but fed in kennel. He is a lover not a fighter! He is being treated for heartworms right now, but it will be cleared up soon.
Carmi
Meet Ms. Carmi! This Terrier mix is house trained and knows basic commands. She is about 1.5 yrs old, and very sweet! She is dog friendly and people friendly, but unsure about children or cats. Very good on a leash, and would make a great adventure buddy. She is crate trained, however she isn’t the biggest fan of the crate. Up to date on all shots, and spayed.

Cookie
This is Cookie the Pitbull Terrier Mix! He is 2.5 years old and a very sweet boy, who loves walks and to cuddle. He does great with other mid-sized dogs when properly introduced, and it house-trained. Cookie would make a great addition to a household that loves animals and dedicates time to walk and play with him. He is a social being, and does not like to be left alone. He does not like to be crated. Cookie is very strong, so we recommend an owner that can handle him firmly with no small children. He is currently being fostered in Virginia
Brucie
Brucie is about 2.5 years old and weighs 45lbs. This sweet boy loves meeting new people, getting lots of lovins, and hiking in the woods. He’s athletic, perky and very happy. He is obedient, and listens well. He would make a perfect companion for a jogger, or someone who wants a highly intelligent dog. He is very driven and requires full attention, so we recommend an adult owner with no children. He is a vocal boy, so would enjoy a home with lots of space, no condos. He is neutered and ready for his FUREVER home! Brucie is currently living with his foster mom in Virginia.
Lulu
This is Lulu! She is 3 months old and lives in Austin with her two brothers (who also need a home! Freckles and Smokey who are posted here as well). Very sweet little girl, and loves to play. She will be available very soon once she is spayed!
Smokey
Meet little man Smokey, he needs his furever home! He is 3 months old and lives with his brother and sister in Austin Tx (who also are looking for a permanent home!). He is very playful and sweet and has blue eyes. He will be available very soon after he is fixed!
