What Happens Next?
|Communicate – We’ll contact you right away by phone or email whichever is more convenient for you. We’re looking forward to getting to know you better, answering your questions and hearing all about your pet care needs.|
|Meet – We’ll schedule a registration visit so your sitter can come out and meet you and your pets personally. They’ll ask questions about your pet’s eating routine, likes and dislikes, health history and any special circumstances. This visit is a great opportunity for the sitter to bond with your pet, get to know their unique personality and the care they need to thrive.|
|Book – We’ll set up a profile for you in our scheduling system and input your reservation for service. Going forward, you can log in and book services yourself or simply call or email the office so we can schedule it for you.|
|Relax – You’ll receive a service confirmation via email from us, then you can just relax, with complete peace of mind, knowing we’ll be there when you need us. We’ll send you regular updates while you’re away and leave detailed notes about our visits for you to review when you return.|
