First Course – First Course: Amuse Bouche
Second Course: Spicy Asian Noodle Soup
Third Course: Mesclun Salad | Seasonal Vegetables | Truffle Vinaigrette
Fourth Course: Steak Frites Au Poivre
Fifth Course: Black Forest | Chocolate Cherry Cremeux | Brandied Cherries
For those who are lucky enough to garner a dinner seat. Each course’s Manhattan birthplace will be revealed.
