Tell us about your pets?

My Jack Russell mix is named Petey Puppers and he is such a good boy! We met him at the Plano Animal Shelter and he adopted us right away! He LOVES to play tug o war with one of the many toys he picks from his shelf, and always has extra energy to spare.

What is the funniest or most memorable experience you’ve have with an animal?

The funniest experience I’ve had with an animal involves two horses at an Air Bnb we stayed at outside of Dallas. I fed them a few apples, and walked backwards… and then they realized I had more! So they galloped towards us… we hid in the trees! The horses were so excited about the apples, but also very big!

Why do you love working with animals?

Who wouldn’t love to work with animals? I love all animals and enjoy getting a chance to meet all the pets!

What is your ultimate goal in life?

To own a big piece of land and open an animal rescue.

What do our pet friends teach us?

To be resilient, to love, how to be a friend, true forgiveness, compassion for others- the list can go on and on…
