Pawsome Playground Dog Park – The Colony’s official 3 acre dog park featuring separate fenced areas for small dogs (0.85 acres) and large dogs (2.1 acres). Amenities include shaded seating areas, benches throughout the park, dog waste stations, trash receptacles, drinking fountains with dog bowls, decorative fire hydrants, and 6 foot chain link fencing. Open 7:00 am to 9:00 pm daily, opening at 3:00 pm on Thursdays for maintenance. Located at 4800 E. Lake Highlands Drive, across from the Animal Shelter.
